Ribbed mesh

Application:
Owing to crepe-like shape of the ribbed mesh, its weft points are fixed and stabile, and good appearance of the product is provided. The ribbed mesh is used in fence frames, as covers and protective grids, pallet walls, grates, and grading sieves. Wide use can be noted in architecture – railings, doors, and boxes.

The ribbed mesh is made of semi hard and hard wire. The following materials are used: low-carbon steel, zinc-coated low-carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum. The assortment offers mesh of wire diameter ranging from 0,40 mm to 10,00 mm. Max. width is 2000 mm. These kinds of mesh are delivered in parts and mesh of thin diameter in rolls.









Types of ribbed mesh:

  B type:
  Gauze with smooth warping wire;
  crepe-like warp wire with intermediate wave
  between two adjacent warping wires.








  D type:
  Both-side creping of warp and warping wires;
  used with thick wires.








  E type:
  One-direction creping of wires,
  i.e. one side of the grid is plain
